ALPHA is run entirely by volunteers, including core staff positions such as Curatorial, Alphagy Lead, Communications Lead, Gate Lead, and Transportation. Certain key production roles are eligible for a comp ticket to the event. For the ongoing vibrancy and vitality of ALPHA we are always interested in talking to people who are dedicated to the concept and would be interested in cycling into these roles.
